With over two decades of brokerage experience and 250 homes sold, Rallin provides a wealth of transactional knowledge. Rallin has overseen construction on over 120 single family homes along with 34 remodels of varying sizes in Houston’s most prestigious neighborhoods. This vast and varied construction background has proven vital in helping his clients evaluate potential property purchases. In addition, Rallin’s former financial background as a CPA enables him to advise clients on different financing structures, making the entire process run more seamlessly and providing his clients with the most sound investment options. As a real estate investor, Rallin maximizes his clients’ potential for returns on both their primary residences and second homes.

As a seasoned professional with diverse career experiences, JD found his true calling in the world of home building. His lifelong passion for construction was ignited at a young age while learning alongside his father constructing a serene family vacation home in the mountains of New Mexico and continued with various other projects. Drawing upon this foundational knowledge, JD honed his skills in the realm of high-end custom homes and remodels. Combining his innate understanding of construction with a dedication to excellence, he is committed to delivering exceptional results to clients seeking the utmost quality in their residential projects.
Gabrielle H. Welch
Realtor with Compass, Marketing and social media
Gabrielle has over 20 years experience in the luxury residential real estate market. Her skill set is comprised of a wide variety of qualifications, including marketing and hosting open house events, website collaboration, home staging, online and print marketing and client management. Gabrielle is fluent in French and Spanish and previously worked as an executive recruiter for Korn/Ferry and Futurestep in their Houston offices.
Conni O’Brien
Realtor, Operations Manager
Conni has worked with Welch Builders full time since February 2017. She handles everything from job accounting and bookkeeping in CHS to helping the project managers schedule the 30- day and one- year punch lists. Conni also assists Rallin and the project managers in getting the homes completed and ready for our new clients to move in.
